1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

A return or exchange request may be accepted when:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • You receive a different product, size, color, or item from your confirmed order.
  • The product has a manufacturing or quality issue.
  • The product is unused and remains in its original condition and packaging.

For clothing items such as Men’s Premium Shirts, T-Shirts, and Panjabi, the product should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from perfume, stains, or other signs of use.

2. Return Request Period

Customers should contact Lumen Lifestyle BD as soon as possible after receiving their order if there is a problem with the product. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact our support team with your order number, product details, and clear photographs or video of the issue.

Our team will review the request and provide the appropriate return or exchange instructions.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

A product may not be eligible for return or exchange if it has been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or shows signs of misuse. Products returned without prior communication or outside the applicable return conditions may also be refused.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, the refund amount and method will depend on the payment method used for the order and the circumstances of the return. Applicable delivery or service charges may be non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error or fault on our side.
